1. After Franki Fusilli has been caught, a new guest will appear wanting to book into the penthouse. The new character is a Goth named Ava Cadavra.
2. Go to the penthouse and talk to her and she will ask you to find a dark place for her to hold her meetings and if you head to the city hall now, you will find a new building option: Bovine Shrine (Basement) for 2500 Simoleons. Buy the building permit and again, wait 8 hours for it to be built.
3. When the Bovine Shrine has been built, head over to the penthouse and talk to Ava. Then, go to the Shrine to see her halfway through a sacred Goth ceremony.
4. A new mission will be assigned to you when Ava speaks to you, telling you to search around for a Mystic Cowbell which you can get it from one of the two cows near the desert.
5. Once you have given the Cowbell to Ava, she will tell you to buy an Eggplant Lipstick which you can get it from the local store.
6. And now Ava will be telling you about her nefarious plans to make everyone 'part of the herd' and obviously you have to stop her. For now just leave the Bovine Shrine.
7. After some time has passed (depends), you will recieve a message saying that you must go to the desert at night when the moon is full to find the crypt entrance in the pyramid.
8. When night falls, go to the desert and you will see a pyramid. Examine it to encounter a new character: Horus Menhoset IX.
9. He will be telling you to help him find his sarcophagus in the oasis in the morning in order for him to return into his corporal form. So wait until morning and find it using the metal detector.
10. Return to the pyramid after you have found the sarcophagus and Horus will tell you to place it somewhere only you can reach. And that place is the Managerial Suite.
11. Place the mummy case in the Managerial Suite and Horus will appear. Exit the Suite and go back to talk to him. He will give you a task to ask around town for the branding iron.
12. Talk to Mamma Hogg first and second to Jebediah. Then, head over to the Strangetown jail to get the branding iron from the Sheriff's table.
13. Go back to the Managerial Suite and Horus will instruct you to enter the Bovine Shrine and shatter the Prime Heifer icon. Do it.
14. You will get shouted at by Ava after doing that and she will leave without paying. You will then appear in the penthouse with Jebediah and a new character: Optimum Alfred.

Part 1- Franki Fusilli
The starting of the game will not be explained and it will be skipped to the first penthouse guest whom is Franki Fusilli.
1. After certain things have happened in the beginning, you will get a phone call from Franki when you exit the Strangetown hotel telling you to meet him inside the hotel.
2. Get back into the hotel and he talks to you saying that he would see how his stay had been before deciding whether to pay the total cost for the penthouse.
3. And again, exit the hotel then get a phone call from Franki again telling u to meet him in the penthouse. When you go to the penthouse, he will first ask you for 1000 Simoleons for an air ticket for a relative of his a.k.a Jimmy The Neck whom you will meet later on in the game. So first just pay Franki the money.
4. The next task from him is for you to take the stuffed head of a cow to mayor jackson in the city hall.
5. After you have given the stuffed cow head to Jackson, you will receive a phone call from him telling you that his office which is on fire! So now head over to his office and extinguish the fire.
6. Jackson will tell you his suspicions that the fire was caused by the cow head Franki had gave him after you have extinguished the fire and calmed him down.
7. Franki will be calling you again, so go over to his penthouse to get a new goal to increase your hotel's rating to 20%. To do that, buy about 2-3 building permits from the city hall and your hotel rating will be increased after Tristan Legend has finished building them. But the thing is that the buildings will only be finished building after 8 hours so you may want to perform some daily tasks to kill time.
8. His next task for you is to order that you build a vault for him so that he can store his illicit merchandise without anyone knowing. Buy a building permit of a vault from the city hall and again, wait 8 hours for it to be constructed.
9. After the vault has been built for him, Franki will instruct you to buy a metel detector and find three bars of metal in the desert for him. It can be bought from the Strangetown shop.
10. Franki's next task is for you to help burying a wiggling chest in the desert at night. But first, you will have to buy a shovel from the shop.
11. When you get into the desert at night to bury the chest, you will be introduced to a new character: Penelope Redd. She is the local FBI agent. She will then take the shovel and chest away from you. Now's time to head back to the penthouse.
12. Then, exit the hotel to find Penelope standing outside. Talk to her and a new mission will be assigned to you. Meet Franki again in the penthouse while wearing a 'wire' and calm him down to persuade him to tell you his secret.
13. When Franki has confided in you, Penelope will appear and arrest him.
